  • Phone Ninjas may be visiting a city near you!

    Every month, we’ll organize an automotive sales training seminar where salespeople and managers from multiple dealerships come together to learn the skills needed to compete in today’s environment.

    Dealerships with one or two dealership have the opportunity to save even more money for these type of training sessions. Class attendance is limited to a maximum of fifty participants each day.  Phone Ninjas training sessions will happen two to four times during the week to ensure enough people have the opportunity to attend.  By having these off-site off-site training sessions your dealership staff won’t be easily distracted by the normal chaos of the showroom.

    Training Logistics:

    Class starts at 9:00AM sharp each day and will end by 4:00PM.  Attendees will be given a one hour lunch break along with two 15-20 minute breaks; one in the morning and another in the afternoon.  We also ask for the following guidelines to be met:

    • Participants are not allowed to come and go as they please
    • Like on a plane, all cellular and electronic equipment must be completely turned off
    • Participation is expected from everyone
    • We encourage management participation
