Often, your agents are giving out too much information out over the telephone.  Your best option, is to gain contact information and invite the perspective client to your location, where you have a better chance of closing them on using your med spa services.

Med Spa Phone Script

Agent: It’s a wonderful day here at (business name), this is (first name only) how may I help you?

Customer:  I am calling about (customer picks a procedure).

Agent: Perfect, that’s one of our more popular treatments.  Are you familiar with the treatment process?

Customer: Yes or No.  Customers may have questions and you may have to answer them, just be brief and then move to the next step below.  Avoid talking price or giving too many details over the phone.

Agent:  To better help you understand the process, I would like to invite you in for a free consultation with our one of our specialist so we can better understand your goals.  We have openings this week or next, which would be better for you?  Do you prefer mornings or afternoons?  I have an opening at (time) or another at (time), which one would you prefer?

Yes

Great, when would you like to schedule an appointment, this week or next?  Do you prefer mornings or afternoons?  I see that I have an opening at: (time) and another at: (time) which one would you prefer?

Customer: They pick a time

Agent: How do I spell your last name correctly?  And your first name is?  Should we need to reach you is your cell phone the best number to call you?  And that number is?

Agent: Do you know where we are located? Give Directions!!!
