Wow Stan, I am shocked at how this call was handled. Was this your first phone-up? There is no control, no rapport built and most of all, you didn't obtain her information or sell an appointment. Those are the two main focuses of a phone-up. You could definitely use some additional Phone Ninjas training! Our training can teach you how to actually sell an appointment! This is something I assumed you were capable of, as you are a "trainer", but then I heard the call. Follow the steps, qualify, obtain her info with reason and ask about alternates. Place her on hold to build that urgency, return and ask for an appointment. When you ask properly, using our proven techniques, you can sell an appointment. Ask for the appointment three times and then provide good customer service by closing out your call. Better luck next time!
