Our team of dedicated automotive phone trainers and coaches are here to help your dealership do one thing, and that’s schedule more appointments. We’re not trying to sell a car on the phone, it’s about selling the appointment. We specialize in phone sales training and Internet sales training.
Our training class starts at 9:00 am and will break for lunch at 12:00 pm. We continue at 1:00 pm and will around 4:00 pm.

Generally, two days of phone training are required since we’ll train half your staff on day one and the other half of the staff on day two. We can also conduct two morning training sessions on day one and then two afternoon sessions on day two, then your team attends one 3 hour session each day. This option is not recommended for dealer groups where salespeople have to travel to one location from to another to attend training.
